Most importantly, the Korean food is very delicious, with a rotating menu, and healthy. Everything is fresh, and there is a pick up or delivery option. Highly recommended!
Silgaban had some delicious meals . I tried the tilapia fish cakes they were very tasty. The service they provide helps saves time and money from grocery shopping and the food is healthy not greasy . They have a convenient location for pick up and delivery.
I have to say this is probably the best Korean meal prep service I have encountered so far in the Bay Area. I can feed my family including my 2 yo toddler, knowing that ingredients are fresh, organic and without added MSG. Considering the quality, the price is very reasonable. It would probably cost me more to go grocery shopping. Thanks to Silgaban, I can spend more time doing other things I love, saving time on groceries and cooking. I visited because I was recommended by a local friend. The owner was very clean and kind, so I was able to have a comfortable meal. Octopus fried rice was especially excellent, and overall, the seasoning was not strong and delicious. While staying in Las Vegas, I went there again the next day and went for two consecutive days. I strongly recommend it.
